  1. Ladies and girls- please don’t walk through the park alone. Only go if you have a friend or family with you. If you go on a walk, always look back/over your shoulder now and then. Because you should know what’s going on in your environment and who is around you. If a man is walking behind you, cross over the road. Never listen to music/ear pod If you’re walking alone as you have no sense of your environment. If you have long hair, put it in your top so no one can pull your hair from behind.
