  1. Get a piece of paper and pen. Write down Mon- Sunday (this week and a few weeks) and jot down times you will go for a walk, go into town to window shop or mix with other people. Some hobbies you would like to do, research some cool places to visit (even local) Youtube is addictive. So get off your bum and go and live life. I am the same- don't really do much. Get yourself out to the cinema- with friends or siblings. I watched Barbie movie and came back thinking I dont want to live like this :D go do something you will be fine x

  4. I don't judge (maybe I do) but if there's an attractive guy I will think hmm if he wasn't good looking he wouldn't have that many followers. Handsome privilege is a thing too. American actor Richard Gere would get very upset when an interviewer would call him a sex icon too. So in some cases men get this too but not as bad as women.
