  1. I’m British Pakistani. At first she annoyed me with all her demands etc. but I actually like her I think she’s funny. And I love the way Pakistanis are taking her seriously and that they love her. One Pakistani news channel showed a story that the Pakistani school kids didn’t go to school because they were so upset at this tragic love story 😊

So Ayesha and Mary were similar age when they married their husbands (9 and 12) They married young centuries ago, but not now. Muslim countries have marriage age laws of 18+ now.
