  6. As a retired teacher thank you for realizing the problems that teachers face, also our administrators answer to politicians who want to blame teachers for all the problems. Those administrators then tell us how to do our job.

  7. As a retied teacher my advice is to get out of teaching. The politics, cell phones, and lack of home training is making teaching a nightmare.

  14. Iowa and Nebraska surpised me big time. My grandmother promised God she would do her prayer book every day if she got to move to CA from Nebraska. When my Mom was a teenager they move to Long Beach CA. She kept her word and prayed everyday and now I need to move as I retired and can't afford it anymore as well as too many people.

  21. If money were not a problem, I just love Carmel by the Sea. I love that the pine trees meet the ocean, not crazy about the touristy areas but the homes are all so beautiful.

  22. I have a love-hate feeling for 8 of these cities which is why I didn't comment. I fell in love with San Francisco as a young teenager and desperately wanted to move there. Reality set in as a young woman when I found out how much it costs to live there. Are people already rich when they move there?

  26. My daughter has a biracial friend that moved to Atlanta from Long Beach CA. She was not happy living there as there was too much division between the races.
