So after hearing the 1st 5 min I have to agree I'm feeling lazy and demotivated (maybe due to relapsing multiple times in the past week). Right now I feel like I have to push myself really hard to do something, even when I sleep 8 hours I'd still snooze my clock daily. So today I'll work on bodyweight workouts and from tomorrow going back to the gym daily. I need to change and I have to since I don't like what I am right now and also I need to make my goals a priority and disappear from social media for a while.

I feel you, I got bullied up to 19 years old and from that moment I decided to get into the self improvement world but due to my p addiction I kept being immature. If i worked on my addiction back then and took action in getting a side business and working out hard I'd be completely different. I even played tennis for 6 years and i was kinda good but due to like said addiction my stamina wasnt up to point but yeah gotta keep growing no matter your age.

@smileyworld9557 I'm gonna try to do a weekend dopamine detox and focus on working out and looking for a weekend job

@Alxei23456 I also have a path I want to follow but I need to check myself more and be more active and busy

@Alxei23456 same, I got a big party I go to next month but I party sober so I dont need alcohol. Just need to work on my fitness some more and that is my problem for now. I just feel demotivated to work out this past week. So I hope it changes by then but im sure it will
