Why so much crime?..are there cameras mounted?..are the cameras on businesses working?..are the canine police walking the beats?..are the forensics team checking the gun and bullet ballistics for guns used in more than one shooting?..I seriously doubt that if say..200 poor people are killing each other its with 200 different guns..if you want to stop gun violence let forensics take the helm when a slug is retrieved..I guarantee about 60 arrests to start..won't hurt to try,people steal or borrow guns use them then return them..its not a lot of guns,it's the same gun being used over and over..
