The more violent crimes or high type crimes aren't being committed by mentally ill people,hut calculating people,now the donkeys say we need more programs for the mentally ill..the units aren't so filled in the mental hospitals that there's a waiting list..either charge the smaller crimes along with the mentally ill and put them both in a mental ward or charge the mentally ill along with the small crimes persons and put them both in jail..everytime a person commits a local crime,they're mental,but isn't put in a mental ward,but let back out on the streets from jail..prosecute everyone equally under the law..
