In detroit,mayor young decided to keep retail chains out so black business can thrive,but detroiters couldn't maintain them and detroiters couldn't afford the prices..then made sure the busses didn't go to the chains that are on the outskirts of detroit..the mayor wanted to keep it black and it hasn't worked yet..the black people of Detroit have to either go as far as the bus will go,then walk,or pay someone..democrat or not,take care to actually read the issues on the ballots and research who's running..talk to your congress people about your quality of life..
