Honestly no. A lot of people at 10 at least when I was 10 I wasn't even sure that stomping on a baby would kill it. I'm just saying if a kid is not around a baby it doesn't know. It doesn't know the laws of physic. Oh it knows I said is crying and you want it to stop because of whatever reason she wants it to stop if she would have known the baby was going to die she probably would not stop that baby. I think it's a lack of supervision because why did you let a 10-year-old who's not familiar with babies around babies?

@Zane_Holland no it isn't common sense. Especially for some young children I remember by the time I was like seven or eight I could not tell a three year old from a 1 year old. If you have this situation where you can't even tell a baby from a toddler then obviously you're not even going to know how to treat one from another. If you think of it they all have the same proportions too which makes it harder to tell the difference one's just bigger than the other. They don't start to stretch out until they're like four or five

@avillain9240 yeah like I said she probably did not know that she was killing the kid. She probably thought she was just making him quiet.

@avillain9240 if she proceeded to go outside and play obviously that's an accident. She did not mean to obviously make him lose his life. Like I said people assuming that a 10-year-old has been around babies is stupid because not every 10-year-old has been around babies.

@avillain9240 yeah she might have thought she just was hitting it or it was so to speak kicking it to make it stop talking or crying. I'm not saying she thought what she was doing was right I think she just thought okay this will make him stop crying and he stopped crying and then if she went outside to play she obviously wasn't trying to kill him because if she was trying to kill him she would have taken him with her and buried him in the backyard. Or something like that that's what murders do they don't leave their victims out for people to find them. They usually hide from somewhere. If they have to they'll just leave them at the garbage can at a store behind a store or something. But they'll do something they will not just leave them there in the living room where other people can find them. That to me is the sign of someone who is not trying to commit murder and did not may have not even known they committed murder

@aaronhaley6476 that's because you told her to be gentle on babies. When a kid is not around a baby it doesn't know. It might very well think it's a child just like itself. Well it's a child dropped from the chair it wouldn't die. See how less fragile a child is compared to a baby but a child wouldn't understand this. Like I said they don't know the laws of physics yet

@tealisbored get many five six seven and eight year olds will step on a dog or cat's tail to keep it there. That's just what they do. Somebody has to teach him to not do that in order to not do it.

@asher9815 but of course someone who is 10 would drop a baby easily because one they don't have as good enough balance too they're a lot smaller. So then the baby is heavier for a 10 year old than a grown adult. There's several reasons why she would have dropped the baby. Honestly I will say this too when I was seven or eight I remember one of my cousins I was holding while sitting down and I remember thinking damn he is too heavy and he had just been born. But if you think of it someone who is 50 pounds to someone who is close to 10 lb that's very heavy. If I would have been standing up at 7:00 or 8:00 with him in my arms I would have definitely dropped him thankfully his mom was around and they did not let me stand up and I did not want to stand up.
