  3. I agree. You have to understand cops when they're in these situations don't wake up out of their beds and are in that situation. You get what I mean? Like they go to work. And then they get dispatched two different places to do their job. They know they clocked into work that day. They know what they're going to encounter. Police officers know they are always in danger when they're on the job. Someone sitting in a taqueria Taco shop. Eating their Taco do not expect somebody to come in with a gun and waving their guns at people and threatening their lives. A person like that it's just dropped into that situation. They cannot count how many bullets they put out of their gun. They are just simply trying to get out of the dangerous situation. And if you didn't pay attention he was aiming his toy gun at that guy right before he shot him. He aimed the gun at him and then moved along aiming the gun at others.if you had a gun aimed at your head you have a bunch of adrenaline in a situation where you did not expect to be in in the first place. And a situation you never even some of what you were going to actually do how many times you're going to shoot. You're not going through any of that. You just know that you have a gun and you're trying to get out of the situation by shooting the person who just put a gun to your head. The guy didn't commit a crime in my opinion. You can say the last shot where he shoots him in the head. Maybe. But since the guy had aged gunshots and his body. I think it's safe to say that those eight shots were going to kill him. With or without the gunshot to the head. So basically all he did was desecrate a dead body and honestly he might have shot him in the head because he didn't know what he had on his body. And he couldn't obviously just searched his body while he's half-dead like that. He could kill him.

  4. Yes he's not a police officer. So you have to understand he just jumped into this situation. He doesn't really probably even know how many gunshots would end his life. He may have not known that he dropped the gun. The only time he actually picks up the gun. Then he shoots him in the head wants. Now by that idea. There is understanding why he would do that. Because if the guy pulls out a gun. While dying he can shoot him. So to me even when he shoots him in the head he could still say that he's a threat because he doesn't know if he has another gun. This is why it's so much better when the police are here. Because most of the time they wear a vest anyway. And they're already ready for these kind of situations. You have to also remember that people who shoot guns who aren't police officers aren't always good at aiming or handling a gun. So I don't think that guy in Houston was really a bad guy or did anything wrong I don't think he should get he arrested.he was basically in the middle of a situation where a police officer should have been in that situation. But sadly he was not a police officer because he was just a bystander stuck in the middle of a crime proceeding. And by the way he was committing a crime throughout this whole situation because he still have the money of other people in his coat pocket or on him. So it's not like he's stop committing his crying. He was continuing to try to rob people. He was still in the store. And when he's going to the door to try to leave. He's leaving with their money. So technically he's committing the crime the whole time through.
