But the thing is black men have been killing other black men since the beginning. It's nothing new. You no longer though they didn't report it when black men. Other black men. They didn't go to jail. No one cared. And this goes back to the early 1900s. There were families that were serial killers that were black that would Target other black people. Because they knew they wouldn't get in trouble. So the black on black crime situation has been a long issue. It's just that when civil rights came about. People started to care more that black people were getting killed.
