If you split it into three it would be the latter quarter of 1993 that's when the mid-nineties starred and it ends at the last quarter of 1996. so technically that is all mid 90s. And then you also said post-millennial. Post millennial and clues everybody born in 1993 and up. technically you can kind of even include 1992 because 2010 is a whole decade after 2000. And I tend to count 2011 and up. Either way you're not including several people who do fit into the category of being a post-millennial. By definition I've always known I'm a post-millennial no matter how we say what generation is which.
