@deidrawilliams3625 no the things you call evidence a gangster are actually in favor of her story like the elevator story if you look at the video actually instead of just getting mad at her for hitting him. You actually see he hit her in the face almost knocked her over twice. And choked her. Considering a big part of her story is that she said he choked her before she stabbed him. It's already been documented by which this prosecutor said that he refused to leave her home. So now it's obvious one that he could have actually choked her. And that he wouldn't leave her home. A man who chose you and won't leave your home you have every right to grab a knife and stab him. Whether you through the knife and stabbed him or charge them it doesn't matter. You're obviously not going to try to choke a man for self-defense because no woman can actually choke a man. That takes physical strength. Women don't have that over men. So the only way to actually get away from someone who's choking you a man who's joking you is to stab him to pepper spray him to tease him to do something outside of hitting him. Something with a weapon.

@deidrawilliams3625 also one other thing intent. You can't say this is murder because there's no intent. You can't say that she intended to kill him off of one stab alone. Because most people when they have the intent to murder they stab multiple times. Nobody said someone wants and intends to murder someone. Unless you mean to say that someone was stabbed once and stopped. She was not stopped. She was in the comfort of her own home. She could have stabbed him a hundred times if she wanted to. She only stabbed him once. That implies there's no intent to murder.

@deidrawilliams3625 this is a man who has already shown that he's capable of strangling his girlfriend on tape. Just because she hit him does not mean he has any right to put his hands around her neck or near her neck. And on the elevator video we already see that he put his hands over her neck. A home he was already removed from because he domestically abused her. So it's not a shock that the lady said that she was choked by a man who has already shown on tape that he chokes. And would not leave her home which is confirmed by someone else on the phone. That combination of a man who is choking you even if he lets go. But won't leave your home. Is an imminent threat to her. So if she goes and grabs a knife to defend herself. She has reason. The man has already choked her. So he's basically already said I'm willing to kill you if you move me out of your place. What do you want her to do? She has no other choice but to try and grab a knife. Obviously if she were to call the police.

@deidrawilliams3625 and to me that makes sense. To only stab him once is to basically injure him or to keep him from choking her. Once he was no longer a threat you saw she did not continue to stab him. That implies there's no intern to murder. It's to make sure he can't choke her any longer.
