  1. We have to wonder why a woman would knowingly involve herself with a known criminal according to the Judge in the case. She must have known that by joining that sort of lifestyle it would put her at risk. Many women do this for the excitement and the money and gangster lifestyle.

  5. The camera footage would definitely be requested and it would be difficult to make the usual excuses for why all the cameras failed or the footage was overwritten and lost.

  6. At that point they had not been found guilty of anything, even if the police knew who had committed different offences. In any investigation you get parasite solicitors (that know their clients are guilty) trying to get them off on technicalities. The police do things a certain way when it suits, or is in the public interest, to make sure everything is correct. If that means following procedures, then that is what they do to secure a conviction.

  8. It is pointless for a known criminal to give a false name! They are often not bright enough to think about phones, cards, fingerprints, photographs and DNA.

  9. They mostly criticise them for knowing who gang members are, allowing them to operate in areas as they provide information and control other criminals. Look at the great informant payment scam, people are making a lot of money from this by using fake informants...
