  2. Most of that is FAKE, very easy to spot from the lack of knowledge of the person in Germany of the legal and insurance system. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR SOURCES or you look a fool. There is no point saying a friend told me, or someone working in a company told me - it is a way people spread inaccurate information like urban legends. Cars were tracked using programs like OnSTAR, other manufacturers have systems built in that can easily shut off stolen cars, remotely control and monitor them etc. OnStar was used to record in car audio of criminals and provide their location! It's nothing new.
