  1. It is misconduct as it shows he is thinking about being dishonest in order to hide an offence, then pervert the course of justice and lie about it. Definitely not the kind of person that should be wearing a uniform. I would say if he hasn't left - go back and look at him in a few years and see what else he has been caught up in.
