  1. Hacked? More like the Indian call centre staff stealing the customer details as they tried with mine. Call Centre staff probably paid or running scams on different shifts. I would never go near VirginMedia again.

  2. I know what you mean, it took me about 2 days to change every email over! A pain, but not as bad as trying to disconnect.

  3. I always preferred BT to Virgin. As for self install, how lazy was your friend to not be able to plug something in ! If they have difficulty doing that, how did they manage to complete the order.
