  1. Stop waffling and get on with it! It's so difficult to listen to something when presenters just keep repeating wha tthe standard responses to everything are and then talk a lot but don't say much. What's the point of getting an ex-police officer on when he has no clue about current work or policy? He is trying to merge things with old outdated policy from before he was retired, but things have moved on a long way. The more you give in to people playing different cards each time a person is stopped, the more the problem continues.
