When those companies move in to investing in more electric cars and infrastructure, the same will happen again. You look how much it costs to charge a car at a public charger, 15 times that of at home, and you pay 20% VAT compared to 5% VAT at home. Electric cars are a scam. Diesel was best and always will be.

The idea is to have expensive public chargers with 20% VAT. Ideal to force people to pay more for electric than they do for diesel and petrol to travel the same distance. It is also another way manufacturers make sure people keep buying new cars and don't keep older ones until they do finally pack-in.
