  1. You need to explain MORE about this no win no fee type arrangement. Some claims companies ask customers to pay for an insurance policy in case they lose the case - you then pay them from the insurance policy. The one advertised here takes up to 50% of any damages, which means you will get around £1000 if they win. If you lose then who knows what you will pay because they will not send me the terms and conditions and make a point of trying to shift responsibility for you not getting your money unless you stick to the conditions! It is not very clear what they mean by this how how much it will cost if they lose. There is no one to email and no one will answer questions.
