  1. More like prisoners, they do not get searched on the way in to cells if they have left a police station or prison. Custody staff choose to put themselves, colleagues and others at risk by not searching people going in to court custody areas. Staff also drive home under the influence of cannabis from most custody areas as prisoners smoke it - many seem to be allowed to keep them quiet in the day. Fire alarms always go off, but there is a delay of 5mins from detection on two or more sensors one after the other or more than one at any one time before the main alarm sounds. It's all covered up by falsifying reports and taking no action. HSE know about this and don't act. Some cells complexes were caught deactivating and even covering the smoke and heat sensors with rubber gloves or the plastic containers they were packaged in before installation.
