  1. What a total waste of resources that was - through driver stupidity. I thought people needed a basic level of intelligence to get a taxi licence and I would expect a far higher standard from a Hackney Driver as they put in a lot more studying. How did the drivers not see multiple warning signs and how did they not see the water and understand the height of their vehicles? Were the drivers charged with criminal offences for endangering the life of others and were they drink and drug tested ?

It's often the ones abusing steroids that act in a violent way towards the public, cows are friendly animals and do not deserve to be treated like that - a number of criminal offences were committed, so why no arrest and why are the police asking for people to supply video evidence? Have they lost the recording from the car? It's usually only assaults or deaths in custody that cause IT failures and loss of CCTV at the exact moment of any incident.

  5. This tunnel is so unsafe and would be banned today if it was newly built due to cars coming the other way and no divide. Now we have witnessed a further accident were a man driving an Audi killed his 22 year old passenger and injured a taxi driver coming the opposite way. There are still no speed cameras in that tunnel and no divide between the lanes.

  7. You need to look at the people that have allowed crime to persist, to allow offenders to operate, to turn a blind eye as a relative or friend is "a nice person really". People not reporting those in gangs, involved in drugs and thefts/robberies are part of the problem in society and don't even see it. We have no-go zones and areas controlled by gangs because people allow it and will not stand up to them. They allow themselves to be controlled. It's time to stop all this nonsense now, speak out about criminals, don't let them run wild killing young innocent children.

This type of video is quite boring as there are loads of them, and why people seem to think that someone being able to be treated as normal and communicate as normal without this form of discrimination is somehow entertaining is annoying. Leave him to give the speech, but don't make a show of him and put him down by trying to single him out.

  12. Probably not true, it could have happened to someone else at another time. The conviction and sentencing did not fail, society has. People that refuse to name criminals, people that protect family and friends that go out committing offences each day, people that stay living in fear of gangs etc. Maybe prison should be a one way ticket for people, it would mean re-offending was stopped instantly.

  13. Cretins like JSO are one of the reasons we have 20mph speed limits now - so it might not hurt them as much when thy get belted by a moving vehicle for stepping in front of it. Complete idiots. Maybe people need to identify them and go and disrupt their travel, how would they react to people blocking their homes and journeys to the shops in their motability finance vehicles... Stop their benefits too.
