  1. You need to look at the people that have allowed crime to persist, to allow offenders to operate, to turn a blind eye as a relative or friend is "a nice person really". People not reporting those in gangs, involved in drugs and thefts/robberies are part of the problem in society and don't even see it. We have no-go zones and areas controlled by gangs because people allow it and will not stand up to them. They allow themselves to be controlled. It's time to stop all this nonsense now, speak out about criminals, don't let them run wild killing young innocent children.

  2. Probably not true, it could have happened to someone else at another time. The conviction and sentencing did not fail, society has. People that refuse to name criminals, people that protect family and friends that go out committing offences each day, people that stay living in fear of gangs etc. Maybe prison should be a one way ticket for people, it would mean re-offending was stopped instantly.
