@Author: It takes your body almost 12 hours to fully digest the food, it makes no sense to have a big breakfast and eat little, especially in half of Spain where the meal is extended with a little "siesta" to avoid the hottest hours. In the morning we eat calories and fast carbohydrates. In the north some people eat more calories, at any time, specially construction people and country people. We also don't have too many problems eating enemies, in Spain we have very good recipes.
