Sun causing earthquakes is not just Ben's thing, I've read about it many years ago in a Russian pop-sci magazine (either "Популярная механика" - Russian edition of "Popular Mechanics" or "Вокруг света" (around the world) - the magazine of Russian geographic society), it was not presented as a firm theory, but as a fringe idea, a vague hypothesis, which puzzled the author after he analyzed history of big solar flares and large earthquakes that followed them with some delay (around 3-4 months IIRC) Weirdest thing about it was, the article contained a prediction - a large solar eruption happened just before it was put in print, and prediction was - a large earthquake will take place somewhere from late September to middle of October that year, and it did! So... back then it did impress me. Point is, seems like Ben has no original ideas, he has snatched even this one. P.S. Of course, the article had nothing to do with "electric Universe" or "death cycle".

  6. Once upon a time, there was a young man, he didn't not get into academia he wanted, so he spent some time roaming around city, dedicating time to "studies" (so he claimed) in a library. He blamed damn liberals and certain minorities for his own misfortunes and problems of his country, besides he was really interested in eugenics. During his life he seem to have come to belief, that he has a greater mission and that faith is on his side. Multiple times he expressed his hate towards atheism and wrote, that Jesus Christ is his supreme example to follow. On the Internet this man is often called "Austrian painter" or "mustache man".

  7. For a while I thought it might be interesting, if someone made a trajectory of the Sun on this polar projection map, that flattards love. I mean, the Sun is always above some point of the Earth, so, what are those points during one day, season, year etc? I suspect, it will not be a simple ring. And if the area of the day and night sides are shown too, that would be even more interesting and should show how the light spot isn't what flattards believe it to be, that the Sun is't just a giant lamp with a shade. Well, I guess there is no need for that anymore, as the picture at 4:42 and after shows that pretty clearly.

I know a nice girl, her IQ is 145, not famous (well, not outside her community), but you can feel she is smart, also a very pleasant person (but with a dark sense of humour), her thoughts are clear and coherent, so unlike the fuzzy "ideas" of this "genius". She is also able to think very fast and speak with a tempo of a machine gun, not like this retard. I'd say he hardly has much higher IQthan I do - mere 115, could be a few points higher, but that would be almost a miracle; might as well be around 100 or slightly below, as indicated by his speech, lack of witt, hubris and dumb ideas.

  13. Never underestimate stupidity! Intent (for trolling, plotting a conspiracy, running a fraud etc) is not needed, where natural stupidity explains it nicely. Most flattards are honest idiots l(maybe except some attention whores), getting that feel good sense out of belief of being ones "in the know", therefore "special and smart", where others are "ignorant and blind".

  14. Besides the Moon is never seen up North here on Northern hemisphere, but it should, when we here in Europe and guys in Asia or North America look at it at the same time - for some of us the Moon must be seen North, if the Earth was flat.

Well, actually Coriolis effect does impact long range shooting (like artillery and large caliber sniper rifles), therefore ballistic calculators do take into account the direction one is aiming at, as target can indeed "move" away slightly while projectile is in the air. P.S. Of course, this doesn't prove flattards right, on contrary - completely wrong, as this adjustment closer to both - North and South poles are similar, while they do not believe South pole even exists. Besides the magnitude of the effect corresponds to that of a rotating sphere, not a disk, no matter still or rotating.

  16.  @peeterholstein  That only depends on what one is subscribed to. YouTube is just a tool, both for good and evil. I initially came to YouTube for music and funny animals around a dozen years ago. Then I found some pop-sci channels. Until 2008 of 2009 I was climate sceptic, a real sceptic, not a denier, thus someone who really knows climatology better than "average Joe" on YouTube finished off my doubts in a couple of videos and literally one opinion exchange in commentaries.

XD No, it's somewhat based on our national flag - maroon (basically - stained blood) with a thin white line, except I made it a bit.. let's say "sharper". I don't know, maybe it's ironic, as I'm not a jingo, but we - people from small nations (less than 1,4 million native speakers of my 1st language on whole planet), are pretty tribal.
