I'd use public transport much more often if it wasn't for my disability and other health issues, thus I'm bound to a car or other personal transport (until recently it was bicycle, now it's electric scooter and I'm considering getting a wheelchair). Healthcare certainly is there. Our system covers more for my medicine each month than I earn: from 2017 until now I had multiple MRI's and other examinations in both private and state clinics, and those are not insanely pricey (165-255 Euros) or even came free, plus since my workplace granted us platinum private insurance on top of universal healthcare, it saved me even more money. Which is nice, since I had to spend another 6500-700 Euros to ensure my mobility (buying a "new" used car + e-scooter and fixing that car), so I would not be imprisoned in house. Being handicapped doesn't just suck, sometimes it's also really expensive.
