  1. Gerasimov likely is not dead - the only "source" on his demise, which every other media referred, is a dubious Telegram channel. Besides it would be a pity, if he indeed was made stiff, as he is the best (besides Putin, of course) at rendering Russian army almost useless and much less of a threat it could have been.
