  1. Except I don't work when someone is looking at my hands or into my screen. I just put pen or mouse down and stare at whatever is outside the window. The best working hours are from around 19:00 to 22:30 (or even later) when everyone else has left, it's all quiet and I can open windows without anyone complaining it's too cold or something.
