  1. WHICH humans? We are not the same. Like some tribes in the Arctic can eat a liver of a polar bear, but it will kill anyone else due to excessive amounts of vitamin A. Or take legumes - perfectly fine for most humans, but legume pollen will actually kill people with sicle cell anemia, which affects populations in Africa, Sicily and Caucasus regions. Or take milk - fine for most Europeans, yet many Asians and almost 100% of Indigenous Americans can not digest it.
