Socialism and social democracy are not the same. Besides, even if the names of leading parties do not include words "social", "socialistic" or "social democratic", it means nothing, as the policy of leading parties is still very much social democratic, even when those parties are right wing (by European, not American standards, like Bernie Sanders is centrist or even a bit to the right by European norms).
13:14 - LoL, my country was described as run by "nationalist, right wing" government, and that's a load of bullshit. Nationalists never got more than 15-20% votes in elections. Sure, there are so called "conservatives", but they are either populists or pro-business, and not the dominating power anyway. Besides what do you mean "left vs right"? This phrase seldom means anything in a country with over 60 political parties and "rainbow governments" (government usually is made by at lest 3 parties, sometimes as many as 5-6). Point is, that map and whole video is misled generalisation made by people not really into subject and unaware of the situation "on the ground".
