  1. Russia's status as a superpower is somewhat dubious. Is it really? In late 2019 one of the think tanks, proposed their periodic prognosis for near future for th State Dpartament. Russia wasn't mentioned there neither as an ally, nor an adversary; yet that does not mean Russia wasn't there, it was swapped under a common term "China's sattelites". Not like China asked for it, Putin himself turned Russia into CCP's vassal state.
