  1. The last one wasn't a "Makarov, but a traumatic pistol (травматический пистолет) based on one. "Traumatic weapon" is a special kind of less lethal devices shooting rubber bullets, used in some countries, including Russia, where civilians hardly can carry real handguns, but "less lethal" does not mean it can't kill at all, it's specifically forbidden to shoot even an attacker in the head, and that guys shot his own head from a short distance and in a weak spot - the temple. So he was either killed or severely injured, I have no idea what exactly his fate was.
