  1. I don't think "Alien 3" could have been saved, likely it was doomed from the very start. Common, I mean, the very setting of the story is bleak - criminals are basically losers - people who are unable to make living in a honest way, so they are cheating, and thus those who get caught and jailed are losers among losers, so what good can come out with the background like this? In somewhat similar manner "XXX 2" with Ice Cube instead of Vin Diesel was ruined - "tough outlaws" with that "I from da hood" attitude don't look cool, only stupid. Superheroes - can't say anything about them, I don't watch that junk at all. Well, except some Batman movies, as he is somewhat real without those stupid "superpowers". I enjoyed Hancock, though. 8D "Golden Compass"... oh my, THAT was a real piece of crap! Perhaps the most boring movie ever, I'm not even sure I watched it to the end, I guess me and my girlfriend suffered only through some 40 minutes of it before leaving.
