  2. TBH, I hate obsession with perfection. I can't really judge American issues with it, but I have experienced one small encounter - I bought a small bag of American pistachios. They looked perfect - all green and shiny. And they tasted like soap (as far as I can tell), they really sucked. Thus the best pistachios I've tasted are still are Iranian ones - just good roasted pistachios and salt, that's it.
