I don't know about Chinese women, but Google ads are plain stupid, they show me all those Ukrainian and Russian women looking for a partner, despite the fact it's pretty clear from all my social sites, that I'm taken and have been in marriage for many years. So... WTF, Google, wasn't your algorithms suppose to be good at targeting specific audience? OK, it's not just Google, of course.
