I've heard that in future prognosis for US government and intelligence services, that one of the influentional think tanks recently came up (inlate 2019 or early 2020), Russia isn't even mentioned neither as ally nor as an adversary. This doesn't mean, that Russia has suddenly completely dissappeard from the view of American special services and politicians, but now it's hidden in those papers under umbreller term "China's satellites". I guess that draws a clear enough picture of the importance of the roles of those countries on world's current political scene.

@farhanniloy7552 It's simple - Russia in the grand scale of global politics is so irrelevant, it's not even mentioned. But it is still a threat to security, especially in my region, as my country directly borders Russia.

@farhanniloy7552 There is no need to purposely erode China's supposed "power", CCP absolutely does the job themselves by scaring away investment and forcing companies to move to other places by their xenophobic policies. At least that's the case under Xi, if their leadership changes, maybe situation will change too..

CCP stole, lied and killed. Still do. Just this week they "aknowledged" 1989 massacre happened, they call it "an incident" and say, that was a good thing, that launched China into prosperity. So, sure, let's not believe they are a threat to civilisation. "Makes sense"(C)
