Let me speak from the position of an authority here - from a country, which is #2 in the world by alcohol consumption per capita - 12.9 litres (2019 estimate) versus Russian miserable mere 7.29 l, which lands them in position #56 in the world. Are Russian women the most beautiful in the world? No! Not as a whole, it's case by case issue. One mighjt say then: "But you are married to a Russian lady yourself!"
