  1. Talking of right names, it is evident by the name, nothing gets fully locked since "halb" is a "half" in German, so naturally "halbverriegelt" is "half-locked" or "semi-locked". P.S. Geman was my 3rd foreign language at school, so I don't know it beyond the bery basics.
