Wow, that's really recent. Well, in theory... could someone make bolts out of metal to somewhat improve reliability? Perhaps even a kit - a bolt (or a bolt with extractor) + a some side plate with ejector. Or a gunsmith might just screw in a part, perhaps just a screw in receiver, that would act as an ejector. Of course, it's not like there is a large, lucrative market for that.
