  1. Digital Draft Notes are one of most stupid thing I ever did see! The problem with drafts was not that commissions couldn't deliver those to people. But that people were escaping to Ural mountain to not be drafted. And sorry, having hard choice od suffering brutal death in some hole when artillery tear your legs apart, because cross eyed commander send you straight on machines not giving you ammo, after months of eating grass. And having some trouble with paying taxes? Ehh... chard choice it is. And it isn't like they couldn't just brake law, as they already break all laws, known to humanity, God and common sense.
