Situation in Poland is alarming, but it isn't yet as bad as people think. PiS wasn't capable to take High Court yet, and most Local Court refuse to acknowledge they actions with case against them in EU Court of Justice. Government take illegally only advising commission (also sued) and Constitution Tribunal being nonoperational, not taken (impostors don't have any lawful validity and are ignored). Also it should be pointed out that large support for ruling party is a myth. Many people are in fact pissed on them with constant anti-government protest during almost every occasion. Current government become aggressive because they attempt of coup is falling apart, and people already build court cases against them what start sinking courts. It is just matter of time then whole disaster end.
