Hybrid war is nothing new, it was banned because it typically lead to real war. For example how Russian sponsored terrorists killed France Ferdinand. Or how politics of USSR enabled Hitler to attack Poland. Yes, Russia was behind everything!

Meanwhile Russia stripped they border with Asia and Finland. Because Russia has "infinite" numbers of people. Also what bluff? West do not threat Russia with nukes.
