South Korea as anyone else do not care about opinion of field state pretending to be superpower, who now give them full reason to act hostile with North Korean troops and weapons sells to Kim regime. And Russia would suffer for that. Still, South Korea has more important things to do then bother with third world countries like Russia.

  2. Short answer NO! Because contrary to delusional claims of some, West is far from being weak and disarmed. Western military industry is still massive. The problem was lack of politic will and internal instability. Due to current risk involving MAGA in US politics and Germany still refusing to acknowledge reality. As such South Korea, what was way more sensible may become huge help for those countries at greatest risk, providing them with weapons. Before West awaken.
