  1.  @dancingbabybins  Armenia has protection of Iran and until betrayal also of Russia (despite population pro-West sentiment). Azerbaijan was supported by Turkey, wanting to "resolve Armenian issue" (yes, the region is weird). And that was one of reasons for Iran-Russia cooperation. But Russia may want punish Armenia, seeing them as slaves who escaped the leash and prop Azerbaijan. As generally Russia has neutral relation with Erdogan. Anyway, that may be potential breaking point in they relations.
