@MartinLundström-l4v It is not about traditions. It is about capabilities. The simple fact is that Russian weapons are extremely dumb. What is not as much issues when you fight in Syria, but F-16 are considered by NATO as obsolete. And they still annihilated G10 Russian super jets.

It should be obvious that F-16 start operating at least few months before now, initially on limited test scale. There is that one point when Russia start unexpectedly loosing large number of they best jets.

@InfoSopher Leaked data revealed that Shahed cost around 100k+ (including licencing). For 5k you get maybe Fly Eye. And yes. West do make financial consideration. It is Russia who based military strategy on the Memes and stupid media repeat those.

@TheAmericanDreamLives We talking here about aircraft's operating inside Russian controlled territory. Like Su-34 and A-50. Russia lost notable number of those in last few months. And claims of Patriots or S200 never truly add up.

@Mark1024MAK Fun fact. Prior to Cold War US was most likely one of most Technocratic countries on the planet. Technocracy is a Centrist version of Socialism, what was invented actually before Communism. But due to political debate becoming toxic. Everything turn into cult of Capitalism (of Ayn "Rand" Zinowiewna) vs Totalitarianism, falsely equated with Socialism.
