If Putler wouldn't start this war, Russia would have only small border in Kaliningrad. Now because Putler start the war, Russian entire West border is in NATO as rigorous response to Russian imperialism. Putins paranoia is the reason for why it did happen.

  3. Ukraine don't need develop ICBM, because they already have them. In fact Russia can't maintain they own ICBM without Ukrainian engineers, who developed them.

  6. I disagree. Most North Korean soldiers is barely alive. Kim basically must send his Special Forces, as those are only ones who are not starving to death. Take a note that most of those probably can't hold gun proper side anyway. We both can agree that it is propaganda move and those numbers probably would not matter.
