  3. It should be noted that Keynesian economy support only targeted investments to prevent cascade collapse of the system. Caused by temporary disruption of the money flow. It is why Western countries refused to bail out banks, during Banking Crisis. They only bailed the clients. It is neo-Keynesian heresy who believe that growth come only from blind spending. But that never was a real economy.
