  1. True "Space Elevator" would be use long Carbonfiber or Graphene Rope to connect ground platform with orbiting weight. Classic material obviously aren't endurable enough to survive giant strain. In game only reasonable option is add that kind of rope-roller, but I don't think they do that in predictable timeframe.
