If arms dealing is genocide, then the Sweden is to blame for the Holocaust.

@jaemoon3593 Europe doesn't pretend to be anything other than the antiliberal antidemocratic antinational amoeba that it is.

I don't see where the issue is. Europe happens to exist. Elon said he would comply with what the law of the land said in terms of allowing content to be visible. If Europe decides that whatever content it wants should not be visible within Europe, then X will comply with the instructions of European censors. I would say that the situation is analogous in principle to the exercise of sovereignty by Uganda to protect the integrity of its election by blocking X root and branch under the old management, but I would not wish to insult the Ugandans.

Uganda, after all, is a legitimate country.

Elon did say he would apply the law of the land to what is accessible through X. Being an antiliberal antidemocratic antinational bureaucracy, Europe will naturally have certain regulatory expectations.

Brussels' business what gets blocked under Brussels' occupation.

oh I suspect the idea behind targeting Netanyahu in the press is to remove a prebuilt relationship on the expectation that the Rep organizers are going to play a better ground game this year and in ten months the Orange One will be on his way to the White House for a second kick at the can It's the only way it fits. The Israeli permanent bureaucracy only targets peacemakers. Netanyahu has been ignored for so long because he has made his career as a chickenhawk.

well yes that is a feature for which your system is known

Europe ought to be shown no more moral support than it is willing and able to coerce.

naw Israel's going to undergo a demographic shift but it's going to be takeover by ultraorthodoxes.

so the secular liberal elites know they have a time limit on how long they can play games

My sense is that when Mandela was alive, there was a limit on the corruption, because anybody who went too far could probably expect a phone call from a guy who walked in a genuine halo of moral authority. Unfortunately, Mandela was only very as opposed to freakishly long lived.

"The west" hasn't meant anything for a while.

UK's problems are pretty clearly the result of UK's bureaucracy hating normal people in and from UK. not that the world overall wouldn't be better without Brussels, of course
