My appraisal went up $13,000 in one year. The structure value went down but the Market Value on the 0.25 land went up $20,000.

If you have had a domestic dispute, filed for divorce or have to get a restraining order, keep your gun on you at all times ladies and if he has a better gun/tactical training ... move, buy a better gun and get better tactical training. Train your kids too as their life is also in danger.

How’s the government overreach in your country? Yeah... thanks but no thanks. Plus, as many guns as we have now they could never confiscate all of the guns from the criminals and it would only be law abiding people that turn them in.

Beautiful family. Sad situation.

@godschild1041 well maybe if they had a conventional center worth of males in their physical prime to help them they wouldn’t have been killed.

I have a vertical garden on my retention wall using grow bags and shelf brackets. I have four hens for eggs in my backyard, breed 30 quail at a time for meat and eggs in my garage, and breed rabbits for meat on a city lot less than a quarter acre. I have hanging pots of strawberries in front of my garage door. My driveway has blue berry bushes going down both sides. I have blackberry bushes against the house. Herbs in my window boxes. My husband takes my sons fishing one weekend a month. Hunting during hunting season. Learn to be self sufficient as possible. Prepare.

The customer service and product is great!

This has to be a priority. Our grid should be stable. It needs to be weather and EMP protected. The summer is going to be rough.

Take your tail up there and look for yourself if you think every medical worker in the world and news outlet is lying.

@tutnetam you don’t know what you are talking about and are just spewing wrong information because I work at a 1000 + bed hospital and we are at capacity. We have one Code Blue bed open in the ICU and that’s it. We have people with transfer orders to the ICU waiting on lower acuity floors for hours before they can transfer to the ICU. People in ED beds waiting days to go upstairs. Now if you are just going to a random ER waiting room to take a picture we have what is called “divert”. Meaning if a hospital is at capacity all EMS responders are diverted to another hospital with a bed so like Houston is flying out children to out of area hospitals because they don’t have beds for kids because they are on pediatric divert. Once the ED beds are filled and the hospital beds are filled we literally close down and patients are diverted to other ER’s/hospitals with open beds. We don’t allow people to just stack up in the ED waiting room like the old days.

Well find my car now that was stolen last week.

Every person is responsible for their own safety. Don’t outsource your personal protection learn to defend yourself.
2
What would be helpful is the phone number to call and how to access that document. I don’t need it but it seems like more step-by-step information could be provided for those that do.
2
You don’t read the Farmers Almanac do you?
2
I’m there. 😋

Where does she live? I would like to help.
2
Well hopefully it helps others. Nice family. I’m surprised that china & the china cabinet in the background has made it this long with kids. We are down to three plastic bowls in my house and “where’s the fork” is yelled out once a day.

If you don’t trust medical workers about COVID prevention now, then don’t trust us at all, and stay out of the healthcare system.

@sunnymorgan186 there are others on the market
1
Greg you don’t have use of half your body and when you need a hospital bed which is inevitable in your condition, I’m sure you will pull the strings to try and get admitted. Except I’m one of those people that triage the patients and you and your bedsores & UTI’s will be placed somewhere after the screaming homeless man with scabies but before the lady with the fake pregnancy.

That might be the worst advertising commercial ever.

Well at least something is improving.

He’s lucky he is on an ECMO machine. We have a limited amount and several people are dying waiting to get on one. I’ve seen patients that I thought would surely die and they have turned around on those ECMO machines. It’s like a switch is flipped one day and the virus is gone. They are on the machines for months, and then suddenly they don’t need any of them. It’s crazy.
1
Don’t be dramatic, just bed patients that have insurance and are vaccinated first, insurance without vaccination second, the vaccinated without insurance can hold in the ED and toss the unvaccinated no insurance patients out on the Parkland lawn.
1
@Idontcare-g1n do they have insurance and are they vaccinated? Only two questions I ask. People who travel should purchase travelers health insurance, if they can’t afford it then maybe don’t go.
1
We are all stressed people, quit taking that out on others in the same boat as you.

leo swan 40 plus years. Sorry to disappoint.

@ARod-br2ui did you read your comment?

When you fail to check in on your relatives mental health and get them help before it gets to this point, bad stuff happens. People will fight themselves into exhaustion and death when in an acute mental crisis.

He seems a little panicked.

The swat team need to go door to door in that neighborhood and just start arresting folks. I have had seven foster kids from that area and every house on that street has demons. Drug dealers, human trafficking, drug users, prostitution, neglected and abused women and children. Half the kids I take in aren’t in the system anymore and they still come to my house because they don’t feel safe over there. I had one kid that was six and saw three dead bodies in one year. That area and the motels/homeless encampments on Forrest lane from 75 to 635.
1
Sorry, that’s terrible.

Poor coping skills + disrespectful behavior + nobody can punch or fight anymore one on one without getting butthurt and pulling a gun= me having sooo many trauma patients each night = job security for me. Enjoy your colostomy bags, brain injuries and sitting in a wheelchair the rest of your life. We will get to you next.... right after my lunch break, just hold pressure until we get back and stuff your colon back in as you pick out the glass shards and gravel if you don’t mind. No, you can’t have pain medication or something to knock you out, your blood pressure is too low and you will die faster.
1
@MsJudi54 About 4 million more white residents are unvaccinated than Black residents in Texas, and also about 4 million more Hispanic residents are unvaccinated than Black residents. The data comes from the Kaiser Family Foundation, which has compiled vaccination statistics by race/ethnicity, and the U.S. Census Bureau. Quit getting your data from Facebook and politicians. I’m guessing your regurgitating Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick. This isn’t about race or politics it’s about health and research based medicine. I work as a House Supervisor of a 1000+ bed facility and I bed patients 12 hours a day 3-4 days a week. I wouldn’t use your real first name and age if your going to spew on social media. It took me five minutes to figure out who you are.
1
Texas doesn’t care. You want them, come and get them. If you don’t come, we will drop them off. It’s like having a standing house next to a flooded area. Yes we will take a few in but we can’t house them all. They come poor, hungry, unable to speak the language, with the inability to easily get a living wage.
1
@booboobunny5655 everyone I have ever taken into my home to help has made me regret doing so. No on taking refugees.
1
We have ONE drive in, in the city with the most cases and you stuck it in front of the busiest hospital in this area. This needs to be set up like we set up polling places in several areas. Come on Dallas. We need PPE at the hospitals. If you can sew face mask that would be very helpful and if you can build face shields we will take what we can get. YouTube it.
1
That’s awful. Poor momma. I just want to give her a hug.
1
@wesleyreeves8943 Mine was picked up by a tow truck on I30 in the one hour it took me to get a better Jack to change my tire.
1
He should post how to videos on YouTube on making his beehives and trash cans. Super cool kid!!!!!

That place looked scary. I had what looked like a zombie walk up on me in my work parking lot. Granted it was a drugged out homeless person with a terrible skin condition wanting money but he almost got shot. I watch to many zombie shows for this mess. Don’t look ghoulish and be sneaky. Luckily for him I checked his hands first and they were empty otherwise if I went straight to his distorted zombie face, I would be sitting in an interview asking for my lawyer.
1
The officer did him a favor. Mental health issues that are that severe is equivalent to being a rabid dog. Nobody wants to live like that. His family was lucky he never turned on them but it’s unfortunate for the woman he killed, how his life ended and the family that loved them both.
1
@LegoGuy87 They will do what benefits the company the most. If call ins start piling up. They will do it in batches, department by department just wait. They over hired here just so they could. They will do the same there if productivity is dropping.
1
@LegoGuy87 plant manager is not the same as plant owner or CEO. My manager didn’t want it at all. She moved from Canada to the US because of these types of laws

100% agree. Those two nurses are bleeding out. Each minute is a minute without oxygen to their brains. Brain death is four minutes. They should have been aggressive in closing the distance. Your the hunter or your the prey. Drywall is not going to save you anyway. He got shot in the leg, when you know they were aiming at the torso. 1/3 of police duty should be in training.
1
They won’t go after them. They have real criminals to deal with. Plus that upper class neighborhood probably doesn’t even get patrolled.
1
@kevinoriely6451 I’ve lived in both and I disagree
1
Expansion of Medicaid is for the hospitals too. People don’t get health insurance even though they can afford it, the ones with health insurance don’t pay their out of pocket in most cases. Leaving hospitals in a deficit. Smaller hospitals will shutdown because of this and the only thing left standing are large hospital chains who will charge exorbitant fees for services and won’t have competition that drives process improvement and better care.
1
@DW133_ Yes, it’s sarcasm.
1
Hank Hill I agree, it is much better to nearly hit someone than to hit someone.
